General Terms

The Periplus Elite Card (hereinafter called PEC) is issued subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • The PEC shall remain the property of P.T. Periplus Bookindo Indonesia
  • To qualify for the PEC, you must accumulate Rp 2,000,000 worth of purchases in the course of 3 months, or make a one-time purchase of Rp 2,000,000
  • The 3-months period for accumulating Rp 2,000,000 begins when you purchase with temporary card
  • Periplus retains the right not to process incomplete or illegible application forms
  • Processing the PEC will take several weeks. The card may be picked up at the Periplus Bookshop location as submitted in the application form after notification from our Periplus administration staff
  • Periplus points stored on the PEC account are not redeemable for cash and may only be used to purchase books and magazines at Periplus Bookshops in Indonesia
  • Customer must present the PEC at the time of purchase to accumulate points
  • No administrative fee chargeable for the replacement of a PEC due to loss or theft. Should this happen, PEC holder should write to crm@periplus.co.id to request a replacement card. Previous points earned on the lost card will be transferred to the replacement card
  • Should any dispute arise, Periplus reserves the right to make the final decision
  • PEC is not a credit card or a cash card and may not be used for payment at Periplus Bookshop
  • By receiving, acknowledging or using PEC, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the general terms stated herein

How The Program Works :

  • There are no initial or annual fees to become a PEC holder
  • To be a PEC holder, customers must have an email address and a mailing address
  • PEC holder will receive 1 point for each Rp 10,000 in purchases made at any Periplus Bookshop except Periplus located in Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali
  • Accumulated points will be exchanged for gift vouchers by Periplus
  • Each 375 points accumulated shall be worth one Rp 250,000 gift voucher
  • This gift voucher shall be picked up at the Periplus Bookshop after receiving a notice from administration staff where customers register the application form
  • PEC holder may use the gift vouchers to make purchases at all Periplus Bookshop, including Periplus in Ngurah Rai Internatinal Airport, Bali
  • PEC holder will receive news of special promotions at Periplus Bookshops by email

How To Register

  • Application form can be obtained from all Periplus Bookshop, you can browse our store location here
  • Application form must be filled and returned to the nearest Periplus Bookshop
  • All field in the application form should be filled
  • Customer can choose where the PEC will be picked up, just make sure to write this in the application form
  • Our sales attendant will assist you for the temporary card
